Terms for GyalaOS

You are responsible for the prices, stock, sales, receipts and taxes you record and issue through GyalaOS, and for who on your staff has access. If a shop pays for GyalaOS, the price and billing are agreed with that shop before it pays.

Privacy for GyalaOS

What it holds

The business records a shop enters as it trades: products, prices and stock; sales, receipts and how each sale was paid; and staff accounts. If a shop records a customer's name or phone number, we hold that too.

Your role and ours

The shop is the data controller for its records. We host and run GyalaOS for the shop and act as its processor.

How long

For as long as the shop uses GyalaOS. When a shop leaves, we delete its records or give them back, as the shop asks, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Delete your data from GyalaOS

Shop owners can ask us to close their GyalaOS account and delete the shop's records using the steps on our Data Deletion page. If you want a copy of the records first, ask, and we will send it before we delete anything. If you are a customer of a shop that uses GyalaOS, please ask the shop.
